How To Request a Tutor Job Cancellation
We understand that sometime a job you purchase might not work out.
This is why we allow you and a tutor to mutually cancel a job.
We strongly urge you to contact your tutor prior to purchasing a job to ensure that you are both on the same page.
If you must cancel a job, follow these steps and use the Resolution Center.
Find Your Job
Login to your account.
Head to the dashboard and find the open job that needs to be cancelled.
Shopping Tab for buyers
Sales Tab for Tutors
Click the Resolution Center link and select the “mutually cancel button”.
This will send a request and email to the other party.
They must then approve to cancel the order.
They do have the right to deny your request and complete the work.
If this occurs please work it out with the other party before requesting arbitration via the resolution center. This is a LAST resort feature to use.

What Happens After Cancelling An Order
Once an order is cancelled then the buyers fee will be refunded to his/her digital wallet for use on a new tutoring job.
Buyer will have the option to withdraw the funds to a paypal account of his/her liking.
